A Faculty-Led ISBARR Workflow for Your Program
SimPhone Pro™ is a web-based ISBARR clinical communication simulator licensed to nursing programs for faculty-led teaching and assessment. Students practice realistic nurse-to-provider texts using voice input or typing, while faculty monitor in real-time and respond as the provider. At the end of each session, AI scores all six ISBARR components — Introduction, Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation, and Read-back — with feedback. Faculty can review and override scores before reports are finalized. The platform works on common devices and complements the simulation lab and equipment your program already uses.
Students can repeat scenarios unlimited times, building the procedural fluency and confidence they need before clinical rotations. Faculty receive downloadable reports with detailed performance analytics, enabling objective assessment and targeted remediation. And with the integrated SimDoc Pro™ EHR, students review realistic electronic charts — vitals, labs, and medications — before every call, then document care afterward, completing the full clinical workflow in one platform.
